Following the photo of Henry Cavill as Superman without the character’s trademark red manties, comes this image of Cavill as Clark Kent without his glasses. O.K. I know Smallville did that for 10 years but come on now. However, Clark Kent needs those old fashioned horned rims so no one ever suspects who he really is.
Honestly, the scene being filmed could be before Clark Kent adopts his clumsy,nerdy persona in the film.

I’m thinking it’s before he goes to metropolis and really disguises himself as Clark Kent. Hence it is an Origin story.
I think Cavill looks like a great Clark. I’m thinkin the glasses come later.
