My friends over at Big Bad Toy Store are taking pre – orders for a Reign Of Superman action figure assortment by Mattel which includes:
- Superboy
- Steel
- Eradicator
- Cyborg Superman
- Doomsday
The items are based on the best selling story arc from 1990′s following the events after Superman’s supposed demise at the hands of Doomsday, new heroes arrive to take up the mantle of the big red “S”.
These are scheduled to be released in February. No word on whether or not the assortment will be made up of repack or previously released figures from both DC Super Heroes and DC Universe Classics lines or if they will be new sculpts. Given Mattel’s track record with other lines, I’m certain they’ll be repacks. I was hoping for a c and c Doomsday but it’s still good news for fans and collectors who missed out on these the first time around.
